Amy Trick | Assistant Professor of Architecture
Amy Trick is a designer based in upstate South Carolina. She graduated with her Master of Architecture degree from Clemson in 2017. Since then, she has practiced at nARCHITECTS in Brooklyn, New York, Gensler in Charlotte, North Carolina, and most recently at STUDIO.BNA in Athens, Georgia. Amy also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. While a graduate student at Clemson, Amy received the Henry Adams Certificate and the Mickel Prize, which she used to travel to Ukraine and Belarus to study the impacts of Chernobyl on architecture and tourism. She currently practices independently, primarily entering design competitions. Amy is also building up her body of research and has presented conference papers on topics ranging from the inhabitation of the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone to unusual usages of parking lots.
